I was looking to replace an old water bowl that was made in England and had been handed down to me by my parents. None of the pets stores carried water bowls made of stoneware with blue glaze on the inside of the bowls.I had been told that this blue glaze helps to keep the water fresher as well.Then looking through Amazaon's listings of pet dishes I found this wonderful Stoneware Crock Dish, 9.5 inches in diameter, with the blue glaze all inside and large enough for all my cats. It is perfect! My cats love to watch me fill their Stoneware Crock Dish full of fresh drinking water.

AWESOME BOWLS!! my dogs cant knock them over, easy to clean and least expensive of any other bowls that size from any other vendor..

This is a great pet bowl for the price. The stoneware is sturdy; it's not quite round, a bit lopsided, makes it all the more charming.
